What are the steps to become an Agency Worker for NHS
Complete the application form and health questionnaire;
Job interview on the site or via Skype, Watsapp etc.;
Compliance check –rights to work, qualification, immunisation status, DBS check;
Sign off the induction papers and documents of employment;
Get references.
In that order we will need:
Application form and health questionnaire completed;
The original and translated if applies your certificates of Nursing;
Copies of your immunisation status documents and blood tests results concerning the immunisations;
Original documents of identity – Passport, ID card, Driving Licence;
Criminal record check.
We require a prove of the following Immunisations : Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Tuberculosis, Varicella, Hep B.
